OLYMPIC MARATHON

RUN FOR THE PRIZE—

Runners in the Olympic Games

Run on the world’s biggest stage

But I too am running hard

For the grandest Prize of the age.

Athletes compete for perishable medals

But mine–an imperishable crown;

My goal is to serve Jesus Christ—

Keeping my soul Heaven bound.

I’m on my Marathon run to Heaven

Focusing my eyes up on high;

Christ is my Coach– I’ll not let Him down

—I’ll keep on Running for The Prize!
